Thy Parra

A graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine,Thy began her career as a chef in several renowned DC restaurants including Aquarelle at the Watergate and Bistro Bis. With her firm education in French cuisine, she has spent the last 10 years organizing events at an upscale catering company and, most recently, as Director of Social Catering at the Mandarin Oriental. Proficiently planning and executing from the simplest to most extravagant events, Thy prides herself in creating flawless, detailed, unique experiences for her clients. She is also fluent in Spanish and Vietnamese.
